ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on repeated complaints of the fifth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.08.2024 made to the respondents 1 to 3.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the closure report, dated 30.08.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
