O R D E R

The petitioners herein are the parents-in-law of the respondent. The respondent got married to the son of the petitioners in the year 2011. The petitioners' son has since passed away. The respondent alleges that the records pertaining to her husband are being retained by the petitioners herein.

2. I am of the view that no ground for quashing the impugned proceedings has been made out. The petitioners will have to necessarily face the impugned proceedings. Therefore, leaving open all the contentions and the defences of the petitioners, the criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
