This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.50 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not appear before the Court below and as such Non Bailable Warrant was issued as against the petitioner and it is pending for a long time. When the Non Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner, she is not entitled for seek any relief before this Court.
