This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the life of petitioner and to fence her property on the basis of the representation, dated 26.10.2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.418 of 2016 for an offence under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC as against the counter party.
