When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, after the present FIR, four more cases have been filed against the petitioner and the same are pending investigation. CRL OP(MD) NO. 12703 of 2025 had kept bundles of Rs.100 notes containing only two genuine notes, and the remaining notes were counterfeit.

2. Considering the nature of offence, the court is not entitled to entertain this petition.
