For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.364 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(B), 354(A) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.364 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the de-facto complainant walked in the road for her work, the petitioner waylaid the de-facto complainant and asked her to come with him in bike to enjoy, the de-facto complainant and nearby persons scolded the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.16802 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) strongly opposed this petition stating that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element and he is having 8 previous cases and the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the gravity and nature of the offence and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 27/09/2022 / TRUE COPY / /10/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
