PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from effecting mutation to the favour of respondents 2 to 9 or their men or agent claiming right through them in respect of properties comprised in S.No.37/5, admeasuring 64 cents (0.26.00 Ares) and S.Nos. 37/7A1A; 37/7A1B, 37/7A1C, admeasuring 21 cents situated in Katukuthagaikarsalkulam, Sevalpatti village, Kariapatti taluk, till the outcome of the civil suits in O.S.No.268 of 2012 and 294 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent for forbearing from effecting mutation in the favour of respondents 2 to 9 or their men or agent claiming right in respect of properties comprised in S.No.37/5, admeasuring 64 cents (0.26.00 Ares) and S.Nos.37/7A1A; 37/7A1B and 37/7A1C, admeasuring 21 cents situated in Katukuthagaikarsalkulam, Sevalpatti village, Kariapattitaluk, till the outcome of the civil suits in O.S.Nos.268 of 2012 and 294 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai. 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents has been comprised in the civil proceedings.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
