COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- Crl.O.P(MD)No.17018 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the order and cancel the order against the first respondent granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.MP.No.3422 of 2022 dated 20.07.2022.

2.Crl.O.P(MD)No.17019 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the order and cancel the order against the first respondent granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.MP.No.3944 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even till today, the first respondent/Accused Nos.1 & 2 have not settled the amount. However, they were granted anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent would submit that the first respondent/Accused Nos.1 and 2 had duly complied with the conditions imposed by the trial Court.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent/Accused Nos.1 and 2. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
