This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.167 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that C.C.No.167 of 2012, was ended in conviction on 01.03.2024 and he has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, in C.C.No.167 of 2012, dated 01.03.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
