ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the school management made a submission that both the writ petitioner as well as the fifth respondent had already reached the age of superannuation and allowed to retire from service. The relief of promotion is sought for against the private school management. Under these circumstances, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished on the ground of the retirement of the writ petitioner as well as the fifth respondent. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
