This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, as against the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the respondent died and the main case itself in C.C.No.201 of 2015 was dismissed for default by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 24.06.2020. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
