ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506 (i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant as well as the first accused are present before this Court and stating that now they are living together. The first petitioner is the mother, second petitioner is the father and third petitioner is the sister of the first accused namely Uthamanathan.

3. In view of the above development, this matter has become infurctuous.

4. Let the first accused and the defacto complainant appear before the respondent Police and give statement relating to the above said development. The respondent shall take further action in the light of the statement to be given by the parties. The first accused and the defacto complainant are directed to appear before the respondent Police till completion of above said process.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
