ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to sanction the pending retirement benefits of Rs.5,66,880/- with an interest of 6.5% to the petitioner and further direct the respondents to collect the pending loan amount for the account of the said P.Balakrishnan from the immovable properties of his legal heirs on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 14.02.2025 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 14.02.2025 for disbursement of retirement benefits of his father and that the same is pending with the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation 2/4

of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
