O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to forward his complaint to the first respondent for necessary action and enquiry. 2.The petitioner states that his father was a consumer of an LPG in an agency, by name, M/s.Mangalam Gas Agency, operated by one Mangalam. Stating that the said Mangalam, dealer, has committed some irregularities while changing the name of petitioner's name into his name. In this regard, the petitioner has given some representations to the second respondent. 3.Though the petitioner has alleged several irregularities against the particular dealer, the petitioner has not chosen to implead the said dealer in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is pending from 2015. When the petitioner has not chosen to implead the dealer, against whom, the petitioner seeks adverse https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17109 of 2015 order, the petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court with similar relief after impleading proper and necessary parties. No costs.
