ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024 made for contemplation of enquiry relating to the fraudulent act of the registration of documents in connivance with the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the issue raised by the petitioner directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to Costs.
