Act, in Crime No. 378 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 17.320 kgs of Ganja. Hence the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the petitioner and also considering that the investigation is completed, charge sheet has been filed and there are materials as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
