JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.) This appeal is filed by the State being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P(MD)No.20493 of 2021 dated 27.06.2022.

2.The first respondent Sudalaimuthu is the successful writ petitioner in the writ Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that though the first respondent has succeeded in the writ petition, for certain reasons he is not interested in pursuing the application for Petroleum dealership and is also not interested in pursuing the litigation.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent and without adverting to the merits of the writ appeal, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
