ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(1) BNS, 2023 and Section 21(1) of 1/3

Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Cr.No. 182 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported 5 units of gravel sand. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got five previous cases, out of which, four previous cases of similar in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
