ORDER

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the disciplinary proceedings instituted against the writ petitioner was concluded and the order of suspension impugned was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service. The petitioner is now working. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner made an attempt to decide certain issues regarding the jurisdiction, this Court is of the considered opinion that, the present writ petition is inappropriate in view of the fact that the departmental disciplinary proceedings itself was concluded and the writ petitioner was reinstated in service. Thus, the writ petitioner is having any other grievance with reference to other issues, it is left open to him to approach the competent authority, more specifically the revisional authority under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.
