ORDER:- The Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26/11/2020 of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Session Judge, Special Court Exclusive trial of cases under SC/ST (POA), Act, Dindigul District in Letter in D.No.86/2022 dated 22/02/2022 this court made the following order:

By letter, dated 22.02.2022 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul has requested further time of four months to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2019.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 26.11.2020.
