The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the husband of the Petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.195 of 2019 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II,Thanjavur on 24.9.2019.

H.C.P(MD)No.1007 of 2019 2.In view of this development, we cannot pass any further orders in this Habeas Corpus Petition. If the Petitioner has any grievance regarding the remand of her husband, it is for her to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
