ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03/11/2020, and direct the Court below to complete the trial in PRC No.25 of 2016, with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated 10/02/2022 in D.No.159 of 2022, submitted by the III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order: "By letter dated 10.02.2022, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in SC No.293 of 2021.
