PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the the petitioner son by name Vasanth, S/o.Murugesan, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty For Petitioner : Mr.R.Murugappan For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 to 3 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the the petitioner son by name Vasanth, S/o.Murugesan, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set him at liberty

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the respondent police issued CSR No. 236 of 2019 on 18.09.2019 and thereafter on investigation the third respondent found that the son of the petitioner eloped with the fourth respondent and now both were secured and separated. Admittedly he is major and statement was also recorded and in the said statement he has categorically stated that he was compelled to marry another girl of his own family, as such he went for employment.
