ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent in Crime No.634 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 seeks anticipatory bail.
