O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor working in the fourth respondent College seeking a Mandamus to consider her review application seeking to set aside the termination order dated 17.06.2025.
2. The petitioner herein, who was working in the Self Finance Section of the fourth respondent College, was terminated from service on 17.06.2025 after domestic enquiry. Seeking to review the said termination order, the petitioner has given a review application to the Management on 18.06.2025. Since the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the petitioner was working in an unaided Section and therefore, the review application is not maintainable and the petitioner can invoke the statutory appeal remedy under the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Act.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, without going in to the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the review application presented by the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
