PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent CEO in Na.Ka.No.8901/Aa1/2023 (received on 08.06.2023), deputing Tmt.Rose Cariot BT Assistant (Social Science) to Government Higher Secondary School, Kattathurai, Kanyakumari District, quash the same.

The instant writ petition has been filed by a BT Assistant(Social Science) Teacher working in the Infant Jesus Girls High School, Mulagumoodu, Kanyakumari District, challenging her order of redeployment to Government Higher Secondary School at Kattathurai, Kanyakumari District. 2.On instructions the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of deployment has been cancelled and the deployed teacher is allowed to continue in the petitioner school. 2/4
