ORDER
This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the fourth respondent to conduct Aadi festival for this year in Arulmighu Shree Pulikuthu Amman Temple, Sengamari Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, without giving any special rights like., Kalanji, Parivattam and mandagapadi etc.,.

3.The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that there is no proposal for any temple festival during this 'Aadi' month on account of the fact that the Chariot (Njh;) is not ready.
4.It is further submitted that even if the temple festival is yet to be held, no first honor will be conferred in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.18595 of 2025, dated 09.07.2025 and it will subject to the outcome of the orders to be passed in the said writ petition. 5.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
