This writ petition has been filed challenging the memo No.02/2018 dated 16.05.2018 issued by the 1st Respondent. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though challenge was made as against the memo, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already sold the property. Hence, the petitioner has no right to challenge the impugned memo and the prayer that has been sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
