ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to make an entry in the register maintain by the Sub Registrar Office in pursuant to the Survey No.667, 667/1A1A situated at Kamala Nagar, Nagammai Nagar, Kottaiyur Village, Kottaiyur Township, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in Plot Nos.100 and 101 with an extent of 2350 Sq.ft. 2026 Sq.ft.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2025 and pass

appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
