This petition has been filed to quash the FIR Crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 106 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.177 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) , the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
