Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is having account in the second respondent bank. A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- was transferred from the petitioner's account with the second respondent to the hacker's account in the first respondent bank. Subsequently, the hacker's account was frozen.
3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent on instructions states that they are ready to re-transfer the amount to the petitioner's account in the 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.17212 OF 2015 second respondent bank. It is stated that this can be done within a period of ten days.
4. Recording the submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner through his counsel is directed to serve a copy of the original Indemnity Bond on the learned Standing counsel for the first respondent. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
