ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person colluded together and cheated the defacto complainant by forging and creating the documents, as A1 is the owner of the property. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the fact that the document which is said to have been falsely executed is not cancelled, the petitioner for anticipatory bail was dismissed on 06.08.2024 and even today the said document is not cancelled, I am not inclined to entertain the second petition for aniticipatory bail. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 06/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / /10/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
