ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the respondent herein, dated Nil, made in PDC/TN/MDU/Circle 15/TN/20889A/2013.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ragtheesh Kumar, for M/s.Issac Chambers, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Murali Sankar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this is not an order and it is only a Show Cause Notice issued by the respondent. The petitioner has approached this Court, only for a reason to evade the proceedings. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 2/4

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and produce all the relevant documents. The respondents shall grant sufficient opportunity to the petiioner. including personal hearing and therafter, pass a speaking order, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
