ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is figuring as D.1 in O.S.No.34 of 2024 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Kulithalai, Karur District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by him under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC for rejection of plaint is not being disposed of. 3.No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. I direct the learned trial Munsif to dispose of I.A.No.6 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
