This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.754 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.754 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet on 21.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani.
