The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that after filing the present writ petition, the petitioner's father filed O.S.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvadanai, for the very same relief. The suit is still pending. The individuals shall work out their respective rights in the pending suit.
