ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from approving the proposal of school Committee forwarded by the 3rd respondent without considering the objection of the writ petitioner, dated 24.08.2015.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the proposal of the school Committee is only for a period of 3 years and the same has expired in the year 2018. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
