This petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.216 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that the case in C.C.No. 216 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur has been ended in acquittal on 12.12.2018 and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
