Respondents Prayer: This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith disclose the proper reasons or remarks, in writing for the disqualification of the petitioner to the oral test in form of interview in reference to the notification No.03/2018 dated 14.02.2018 of 1st respondent consequently direct the respondents to conduct special oral test for the petitioner in the form of interview on any date as they specified, for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspectors Grade - II, in the Tamil Nadu Transport Subordinate Service, 2013-2018 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for within this writ petition became infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
