2. It is contended by the petitioner that the earlier complaint has been reopened, which had already been closed.

3. The respondent police is directed to look into the complaint and if it is found that the averments in the complaint is the reiteration of the previous one, it is open to them to act in accordance with law. The respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner till the next date of hearing.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is prepared to appear before the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor.

5. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor and also before the respondent police as and when required.
