The petitioner / A1 in CC No.110 of 2020 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to conclude the trial in CC.No.110 of 2020 within a stipulated time. 1/3
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the trial in CC.No.110 of 2020 has already been commenced and the witnesses have been examined. Now the case is posted for examination of LW7 and LW8 on 06.08.2025. According to the learned Government Advocate, there is no delay in producing the witnesses. 3.This court has considered the rival submissions made. 4.It is reported that the trial in CC.No.110 of 2020 has already commenced and now the case is posted for examination of LW7 and LW8 on 16.08.2025. Therefore, this court is not inclined to issue any direction. Accordingly this petition is closed.
