ORDER

The petitioner / accused in CC No.104 of 2022 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to conclude the trial in CC.No.104 of 2022 within a stipulated time. 1/4

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that initially the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, it was transferred to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Singampunari and now it is pending in CC.No.104 of 2022. Now the case is posted to 17.09.2025 for examination of LW1 to LW5. 3.This court has considered the rival submissions made. 4.It is reported that the case in CC.No.104 of 2022 is posted for examination of LW1 and LW5 on 17.09.2025. Therefore, the respondent police are directed to produce the witnesses on 17.09.2025 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari is directed to examine LW1 to LW5 on 17.09.2025 and thereafter shall endeavour to conclude the trial in CC.No.104 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
