Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the original of the impugned order of 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/309/2007 dated 21.08.2007 in so far as petitioners 1 to 7 and impugned order of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.1096/99 dated 28.07.2006 in so far as 8th petitioner concerned, quash the same in so far as they failed to regularise the services of the petitioners on completion of three years of service on par with similarly placed Sanitary Workers and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularize the services of the
petitioners 1,2,4 to 8 and husband of 3rd petitioner herein in the post of Water Tap Supervisor and Watchman of Over Head Tank on completion of three years on par with other similarly place employees, make necessary entries in their service registers and pay all monetary benefits accrued to their service on par with the persons similarly placed in G.O.Ms.No.570 dated 15.11.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.312 dated 09.08.2011 within a reasonable time. ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the rights of the writ petitioner has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal Nos.651 of 2015 etc., batch, dated 22.09.2015. Pursuant to the order of the Division Bench, the service of the writ petitioner has already been regularised. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
