O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.549 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police, against the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the first respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.549 of 2016 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District on 29.05.2017 itself.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.

However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi is directed to take cognizance of the final report filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
