This writ petition is filed challenging the tender notification in Ref.No.1162/S2/2014, dated 17.02.2014 for the 'Supply of Medical Gas Cylinders' for the year 2014-15. 2.Today(27.03.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the period, for which tender notification issued itself is over and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that tender notification was published only for the period from 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2015. 4.Recording the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
