O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order appointing enquiry officer under Section 81 of the Act Na.Ka.No.678/2015 Nve dated 08.07.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and consequential impugned show cause notice to supersede the societies in proceedings under Section 88(i)(ii) in Na.Ka.5520/2015/SB2 dated 26.08.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the enquiry notice issued, the enquiry was proceeded with and thereafter, the charges were dropped, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
