3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents informs the Court that the fifth respondent is no more. Therefore, the question of taking criminal action against him does not arise. This writ petition is dismissed as regards the fifth respondent. It is also stated that the sixth respondent had 2/4

purchased the property from one Ponnusamy way back in the year 1986. Only thereafter patta was mutated in her favour.
