ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 for granting approval to run aquaculture farm in Survey Nos. 349/3, 349/7, 349/9, 349/10 and 349/13 situated in Raja Thoppu Village, Manalmelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and consequently direct the first respondent not to disconnect the petitioner's electricity service connection in No. 137-007-971, TF-III B, given for aquaculture farm in Survey Nos. 349/3, 349/7, 349/9, 349/10 and 349/13 situated in Raja Thoppu village, Manalmelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the representation dated 07.07.2025.

2.This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's Application dated 07.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.As far as the disconnection of electricity is concerned, the first respondent has not disconnected the connection. The same shall continue until the disposal of the petitioner's application presented before the second respondent. It is made clear that the first respondent shall not disconnect the petitioner's electricity service connection. The petitioner is directed to submit any certificate, if necessary. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
