ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry with respect to sale deed No.528 of 2015, dated 06.04.2015.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property and the third respondent has executed the said document without any title. However, it is seen from the records that the third respondent has succeeded in S.A(MD)No.272 of 2006 by an order of this Court, dated 17.10.2014. The review application No.3 of 2015 filed as against the said 2/4

second appeal judgment has also been dismissed.

3. In view of the above said facts, since the petitioner do not have any title over the property, the issue of directing the registering authorities to enquire into the matter does not arise. Hence, no further orders are called for. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
