PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in SC.No.97 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On the earlier occasion (i.e) on 16.08.2023, this Court called for the report from the concerned Court with regard to the stage of the trial process.

2. Today, a report is received from the concerned Court, wherein it is stated that 1/3

except P.W.9 and P.W.10, all other witnesses were examined by the petitioner. Since the third accused is absconding, warrant was issued against him and the same is pending. Because of the warrant issued against the third accused, the trial process could not been completed. It is also stated that now, the case is posted on 24.08.2023 for examination of further witnesses.

3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to secure the third accused and produce him before the concerned Court. After cross examination is over, the petitioner may approach the concerned trial Court or this Court for appropriate relief.
